Happy to find your Substack site. Yes, comfrey is a great place to start medicinal agriculture. I planted some last year, it died back during the winter, grew again in the spring, and now is flourishing. In addition to fixing nitrogen, it also brings up mineral nutrients from deep underground. Truly a natural fertilizer. And of course its anti-inflammatory properties when applied topically. And bees like it a lot.
Love it! Very interesting. Unfortunately we may or may not have grasshoppers this summer and they EAT everything. But, growing herbs is something I love to do. I also am seriously thinking about ditching doctors. I have my yearly wellness visit coming up. It is a big deal and I have to do some thinking, but I am healthy and would love to get rid of this and say buh bye to the whole system.
Yes. Grasshoppers. Terribly destructive in 2021. Had all my lavender eaten before it even had a chance to purple up. Karen....this is not a remark in reply to your very thoughtful question for SG. Don't eat grasshoppers. Ever. It is what they want!
Thanks Sadie! Herbs are a great way to start growing your own food. Then I think various greens (kale, Swiss chard, romaine, etc.), tomatoes, and cucumbers are a good way to get started on the more substantial things because they’re easy.
Quitting typical doctors can be scary, but if you’re healthy and STAY healthy. We found an integrative/functional medicine doc. He doesn’t take insurance, but he’s very focused on STAYING healthy rather than focusing on sickness. Of course he treats sickness too, but tries natural interventions first.
Hi Samantha, I just found your substack when I was reading Coffee and Covid about Catholic terrorists lol. I am so interested in functional medicine, but don't want anything contrary to the faith (yoga, reiki, and I have reservations against acupuncture, etc.) and I am finding the search a little difficult. Do you have any advice?
You are one lucky chick to have a great doc like that. It is the insurance that is total BS. I want out. There is no privacy from the government eyes in our medical records. At all.
I am lucky! Weirdly, I got the recommendation from my OB/GYN at the time. I told him I fired our family medicine doctor and that we weren’t going back. He told me about Dr. Sloan. My OB/GYN is also very hands-off when it comes to interventions, etc., but he is mainstream. However, he has never ever asked me if I want the shot (somehow he knew), never wore a mask, etc.
Been listening to steve deace for over a year now, since the beginning of covid. It seems he is stuck though in the weeds. I am reading more here, and while he was in front of the covid jabb scandal, he seems he has stalled, staying away from the leading edge of the fray.
He is streaming only on blazetv, where you can also catch an overtime show afterwards (you have to wait a couple hours after he goes off to listen/watch it on the blaze app) Also there is a movie coming out, that he wrote and was produced by a Christian movie company. Supposedly premiering soon this year, probably will be a limited release. Nefarious is the name, btw.
Your site is looking nice, so far. Lots of really interesting information there. I plan to read over it more carefully after I finish all my work today!
I’ve not heard of Mr. Stamets. I’ll look for him on YT today. DS is working until 2:00, so I have some time.
I’m grateful for you and the way you always have something insightful to say about my writings.
Currently, I’ve been so busy with paying work -- Deo gratias -- that I haven’t even written anything new in several days. Hopefully, I’ll be able to squeak something out later today or tomorrow.
Fortunately, I don’t work outside the home and my husband’s work didn’t ever even mention getting those death jabs. Regarding those who took it at your work. I feel sorry for them too. They need prayer.
Good for you -- you’re one of the smart ones. When did you “see the light,” so to speak, about mainstream medicine? Have any of your co-workers died via vax? And the ones who are injured, do they admit that it was the shot, which injured them?

Grasshoppers! We’ve had those summer before last. Neem oil (totally organic) and Spinosad (also organic) helps a LOT!

you are on the right path, great for you.
Thanks, Pandelis. Yes, I’ve heard a lot about that book and am planning to get a copy.
Narcissist and greedy Bill Gates is J D Rockefeller' replacement.
I was thinking the SAME thing when I was researching that scum Rockefeller. It’s almost as if Gates purposely modeled himself after him!
Say Samantha, check out my website when you get a chance (I have a way to go):

I'm not familiar with Steve Deace. Is he not on Substack?

That sounds really interesting, especially the movie!
Steve Deace is on BlazeTV.com - also on Rumble, ie:

Will do!
I know you’ll give it a read.

I imagine you must tread very lightly when approaching such subjects. Though you absolutely must do it, I don’t envy you.
