Hi Lawdog -- I grow my own stevia, yes. Then I dehydrate it and we have a restaurant sized hand grinder, which I use to grind it initially, I put it through twice. Then I press it through a fine sifter to finally make it into a powder. What I really need for that stage (after the coarser grinding) is a coffee bean grinder. It would work perfectly and likely make a much finer powder. At that stage, it's great for coffee, tea, or sprinkled on something else you're eating. It's still green, so looks nothing like "sugar," obviously.
